Reflecting the imagery and culture of the South is far more complex than most might expect. It takes more than a few strands of Spanish moss hung from an Oak tree or more than well-rehearsed accents to convince the harshest of critics – namely Southerners.

Set in the rural South, Just Pray, tells the story of a young boy seeking answers to some of life’s most pressing questions. So, when the daunting task of simulating this historical region’s colorful landscapes was undertaken, Director Tiffani Thiessen knew what direction to proceed: SOUTH.
